Corporate Structure

Crystal Farms consists of a board of elected Directors. We employ a full time Vineyard Manager and Vineyard Hand. We have a qualified Viticultural Consultant retained on a contract basis who provides our Manager with expert advice. In times of peak vineyard activity, we employ contract staff for pruning and other operations. Our financial controller is a semi-retired Accountant who is employed part time.
