Fees

Management fees are invoiced quarterly and apportioned according to your block size. The fees vary for each quarter invoiced depending on the seasonal works programmed. For instance the greatest amount is payable in the pruning season (August) as this the highest demand on the Crystal Farms cash flows.

It is incumbent upon members that fees are paid within terms. As a non-profit organisation, Crystal Farms do not have the funds to carry debtors, we rely on your prompt payment so that accounts are paid on time to retain a good standing in the local business community.

Interest will be incurred on outstanding accounts.

A competitive budget is set each year following extensive liaison by your Management Team and this budget is stringently monitored and adhered to during the season.
